## Who runs this site

codesaif.dev is the personal portfolio of Saif (Saifudeen Hisham K M), based in Geneva, Switzerland. For any question about this policy, write to contact@codesaif.dev.

## What this site collects

This site has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own. Simply browsing it does not create a profile of you. The only personal data it handles is what you choose to send through the contact form.

## Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are emailed to contact@codesaif.dev through Resend, a transactional email provider, so that I can reply to you. They are not stored in a database on this site.

To limit spam, the server keeps your IP address in memory for up to ten minutes to rate-limit submissions and checks how long the form was open before it was sent. This information is discarded after that window.

## Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel may record technical data about requests, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and time, in short-lived server logs used for security and operations.

## Third-party links

Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, the App Store, Google Play and to my other apps lead to services with their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.

## Your rights

You can ask what personal data I hold about you from a contact message, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by emailing contact@codesaif.dev. I answer such requests within 30 days. Swiss data protection law (FADP) applies; where the GDPR applies to you, you keep every right it grants.

## Changes

If this site starts collecting different data, this page will be updated and the date above changed.
