Geneva Springs
Gamified fountain discovery · 2026 - Present
Geneva Springs turns Geneva's drinkable public fountains into a cozy, collection-style exploration game. It uses real OpenStreetMap fountain data with a custom map, clustering, compass guidance, and a journal for discovered vs. unexplored fountains. The app works without an account, with optional social features for friends, and privacy-sensitive nearby-fountain logic is kept on-device. Work in progress, with App Store and Google Play launch planned for summer 2026.

Runner-up at sprintd Zurich, on the Equans Switzerland case. ctrl-free reads a 202-page Swiss German ventilation tender, finds every priced position, matches it to Equans' catalogue and install rules, and computes a first price. Every number links back to the tender page or the reference row it came from. The LLM picks products, code does the math, and the estimator reviews, gets supplier quotes and chooses the offer price.

Humanitarian Negotiation Trainer

Built with the ICRC team at the Swiss {ai} Weeks Geneva Hackathon: a tool that uses AI to train field staff in humanitarian negotiation. A supervisor describes an AI counterpart in plain language, a trainee negotiates with it live, and the supervisor gets a debrief quoting the transcript. Runs mainly on Apertus 1.5, with support for a local open-source model so sensitive data can stay in-house.

Hiking Safety Assistant

Swiss hiking safety app built at the HPE & NVIDIA Agentic AI Hackathon (Swiss {ai} Weeks). It checks swisstopo routes against MeteoSwiss forecasts and flags risky stretches. Built on an NVIDIA H100 instance with the Nemotron model and the NemoClaw agent harness, so no data went to third-party providers.

Flex Dynamic Reallocation

Built on a TPG challenge at the hackademIA Hackathon (UNIGE SDG Solution Space). Uses recent TPG data to model what happens when an on-demand Flex bus breaks down, and reassigns its bookings to other vehicles. Four reassignment strategies were compared; the best one reallocated about 85% of affected bookings.
